FAQs

1. What is a Biofeedback analysis? 
 We use high quality Oberon Biofeedback Machine for analysis. For more info about Oberon and how biofeedback works, click here.

2. Is Biofeedback analysis safe? 
The biofeedback analysis is non-invasive. It uses headphone for the analysis that could generate some noise. For more info, please click here. 

3. Why the consultation takes 1.5hr - 2 hrs? 
The consultation consists of biofeedback analysis (45min) and interview (45min or more).
The Biofeedback analysis has 3 parts:
Organs feedback - approx.20min
DNA feedback - approx. 15min
Bacteria and parasites feedback - approx. - 10min.
After the feedback test, results will be discussed along with the questionnaire filled in by client.
Before consultation, clients will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about their health condition, lifestyle, diet, etc which is about 10 pages. Purpose of the questionnaire is to get more understanding about client's personal situation which is helpful in holistic view of client. We are not medical doctors that treat diseases but we can help client to restore health and wellbeing by identifying potential root causes.

4. What happens after the consultation? 
A FULL report (usually 5-6 pages) from biofeedback and questionnaire analysis would be presented to client within 10 days after consultation. The report includes any potential problems or imbalance in body with recommendation on further testing, such as functional blood test, hair analysis, Dutch test,  to confirm the result and/or seek advice from specialists for examination in some cases. It is a directional tool, not a diagnostic tool. Note: it is not a replacement of conventional medicine protocol or any result from testing. We don't provide any recommendation on dosage or whether it is appropriate to take any pharmaceutical drugs. Should you have queries, please refer to your health professional.

5. Is there any follow up? 
After the report and recommendation is sent, a follow up call or email would be sent to client in 4 weeks. A follow up appointment (face to face or video-con) is recommended to ensure full understanding of the report and to clarify the recommendations.

Biofeedback is not suitable for pregnancy or women during menstruation.
